High quality of service in mobile networks is the prerequisite for the commercial success. I have the experience and the software tools to achieve this. My aim is to optimise networks both technically and economically.

Preparation of configuration
The preparation of the optimised network configuration shall be performed in cooperation with the local staff:
■ Script files for all optimised parameter
■ Preparation for the hardware changes
■ Strategy for the implementation (Start, locations, …)
Configuration on Air
All network changes will be implemented in cooperation with the local staff
Drive test & performance data control measurements
The control measurements shall be performed during busy hour and in cooperation with the local staff:

Fine tuning
